隐私政策Privacy Policy

为提供随心的收藏、整理、检索与重逢功能，我们收集以下几类信息：

• 账户信息：你的注册邮箱，以及注册与登录时用到的邮箱验证码。
• 你保存的内容：你收下的卡片——链接、文字、图片、文件——的正文文本与元数据（如标题、摘要、标签、来源、时间）。
• 使用行为：你在应用内的打开、编辑与互动记录（如点赞、收下、公开），用于个性化推荐与生成「关于你」画像。
• 日程：你在「历」里添加的日期与事项。
• 渠道绑定：如果你绑定微信客服或 Telegram 来转发内容，我们会接收你主动转发的消息内容及对应平台的账号标识，仅用于把内容存入你的收藏库。
• 第三方登录标识符：如果你用 Apple 或 Google 登录，我们会收到对方提供的账号标识符与邮箱，用于识别并登录你的账号。
• 推送令牌：如果你开启通知，我们会保存你的设备推送令牌（Apple APNs / Google FCM / 极光 JPush），用于向你的设备推送收下回执与日程提醒。

卡片的原始文件不长期保存，我们主要保存从中提取的文本与元数据（媒体存储另见应用内说明）。

To provide Whimsy's saving, sorting, search and rediscovery features, we collect the following:

• Account information — your registration email, and the email verification codes used to sign up and sign in.
• Content you save — the body text and metadata (title, summary, tags, source, timestamps) of the cards you save: links, text, images and files.
• Usage activity — your in-app opens, edits and interactions (such as likes, saves and making a card public), used for personalized recommendations and to build your "about you" profile.
• Schedule — the dates and items you add in the "历" (Dates) tab.
• Channel bindings — if you link WeChat or Telegram to forward content, we receive the messages you choose to forward and the platform account identifier, used only to save that content into your library.
• Third-party sign-in identifiers — if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifier and email they provide, used to identify and sign you in.
• Push token — if you enable notifications, we store your device push token (Apple APNs / Google FCM / JPush) to deliver save receipts and schedule reminders to your device.

Original source files are not kept long-term; we mainly keep the text and metadata extracted from them (media handling is described further in-app).

• Provide and run the service — organize what you save, power search, and resurface older saves at fitting moments.
• Personalize — combine your saved corpus with usage activity to rank the "逛" (Discover) feed and synthesize an "about you" profile so the "问" (Ask) agent fits you better.
• Content moderation — screen saved content and Ask inputs for safety (see section 6).
• Communicate with you — send email verification codes and essential service notices.

随心的智能功能依赖第三方模型服务。为实现摘要、对话、图片理解、向量检索与联网搜索，相关内容会被发送给以下服务处理并返回结果：

• 内容摘要与对话：DeepSeek——用于为卡片起草标题/摘要，以及「问」的对话。
• 图片视觉理解：阿里 qwen-vl——用于理解你收下的图片内容。
• 向量（embedding）：阿里云 DashScope——用于把内容转成向量，支撑检索与推荐。
• 联网搜索：Tavily（美国）——「问」开启联网时，你的提问会派生出搜索查询发送给 Tavily 以获取网页结果。

这些服务在为随心处理内容时，各自受其自身条款与隐私政策约束。我们仅发送实现上述功能所必需的内容。

Whimsy's intelligent features rely on third-party model services. To provide summarization, conversation, image understanding, vector search and web search, the relevant content is sent to the services below for processing and results are returned:

• Summarization & conversation — DeepSeek, used to draft card titles/summaries and to power the "问" (Ask) chat.
• Image / vision understanding — Alibaba qwen-vl, used to understand images you save.
• Embeddings (vectors) — Alibaba Cloud DashScope, used to turn content into vectors for search and recommendation.
• Web search — Tavily (US); when web search is enabled in "问" (Ask), your question generates a search query that is sent to Tavily to fetch web results.

When processing content for Whimsy, these services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We send only what is necessary to provide the features above.

随心的数据存储在位于新加坡（境外）的服务器上。使用随心即表示你了解并同意你的数据被传输到中国大陆境外并在当地处理与存储。

Data is stored on our servers located in Singapore (outside mainland China). By using Whimsy you understand and agree that your data may be transferred to, processed and stored outside mainland China.

订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购完成。支付由 Apple 处理，我们不接触也不保存你的支付卡信息；我们只会收到订阅是否有效的凭据，用于开通对应权益。

Subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store in-app purchase. Payment is processed by Apple; we neither see nor store your payment card details. We only receive a receipt of whether a subscription is active, in order to unlock the corresponding features.

为维护安全，随心会用规则词表加大模型的方式，对你收下的内容与「问」的输入做审核。被判定为不适宜的内容仍可作为你的私有收藏使用，但会被限制转为公开。

To keep the service safe, Whimsy screens the content you save and your Ask inputs using a combination of rules and a large model. Content flagged as unsuitable can still be kept as your private save, but may be prevented from being made public.

你的卡片默认私有。你可以自行选择将某张卡设为公开，使其进入「逛」的发现流供他人看到。公开即带署名——公开的卡会附上你的名字。你随时可以把它改回私有。

Your cards are private by default. You may choose to make a card public so it appears in the "逛" (Discover) feed for others to see. Making a card public means attribution — a public card carries your name. You can switch it back to private at any time.

• 编辑与删除：你可以编辑或删除自己的卡片。删除为软删除，30 天内可恢复，之后清除。
• 导出：你可以把全库内容导出为 JSON。
• 修改密码：你可以在「我」里随时修改登录密码。
• 注销账号：你可以在应用内「我 → 注销账号」永久删除账号与全部数据，此操作不可逆。

• Edit & delete — you can edit or delete your own cards. Deletion is a soft delete, recoverable for 30 days, then purged.
• Export — you can export your entire library as JSON.
• Change password — you can change your sign-in password anytime in the "我" (You) tab.
• Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and all of its data in-app via Me → Delete Account. This cannot be undone.

我们采取与服务规模相称的安全措施保护你的数据：全程 TLS 加密传输、访问控制与用户间数据隔离、密码加盐哈希存储、定期异地备份。没有任何系统是绝对安全的；如发生影响你数据的安全事件，我们会依法及时通知你。

We protect your data with measures appropriate to the size of the service: TLS encryption in transit, access controls with per-user data isolation, salted-and-hashed password storage, and regular off-site backups. No system is absolutely secure; if a security incident affects your data, we will notify you promptly as required by law.

你的数据在账户存续期间保留。你删除的卡片会进入回收站，30 天内可找回，此后不再可恢复。注销账号后，你的账户与全部业务数据会被删除；备份副本会随备份周期在其后的一段时间内自然滚出。

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleted cards go to a recycle bin and can be restored within 30 days, after which they are no longer recoverable. When you delete your account, the account and all of its data are removed; backup copies roll out naturally over the following backup cycles.

我们可能会不时更新本政策。有实质性变更时，我们会在应用内或本页面标注更新日期。持续使用随心即表示你接受更新后的政策。

We may update this policy from time to time. When there are material changes, we will note the updated date in-app or on this page. Continued use of Whimsy means you accept the updated policy.
